<div dir="ltr"><div>just saw a medium sized dog running around East Beale Cir.  it's thin & medium/light brown. looks young-ish.  short coat, long thin tail.  no collar.  tried to get it to come to me, but wouldn't.  looked kind of like a smaller version of this breed:</div>
