In also points out you actively took the role of designing a fence for a specific use contrary to what the expert testified was the industry standard. In a previous post you point out how complicated it is to determine rear and side yards using corner lots as an example. PG County(MNCPPC) does not have this problem. Since a prerequisite of applying for a fence permit in Riverdale is to obtain a County permit, perhaps you can learn their system (not complicated) or require Riverdale permits be obtained before our citizens waste time and money going to the County first. I think your concern about being sued bears no merit. If the Town approves permits previously approved by the County where is the liability. Wouldn’t the County be sued first? There is more chance of being sued if you force changes in design to meet your standards and something goes wrong. I have many more emails from you that back up everything I have said, to many to post. I think the chain link ban that is being pushed thru under your guidance reflects your agenda and will place economic hardships on some of our residents. I have attached three pictures taken yesterday of the site you that deemed chain link unacceptable for reasons I can’t fathom.
