Jennings, will continue clearing the site, continue removal and haul-off of excess soil and trees, and continue rough grading operations on the west side of the site, utilizing both material haul-off as well as on-site cut to fill. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>These activities will require heavy equipment accessing the site.
