<span style="BACKGROUND: yellow;">Thursday night at 6pm at the Bladensburg Town Hall</span>. (notice below and please pass the word around)

</span></span></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt;">This proposed new development will be a large night club and restaurant (complex) that will seat approx. 1,100 at the site of the previous CrossRoads at Peace Cross across
from the Bladensburg Waterfront Park.</span></p>

</span></span></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt;">There is concern about the development and how it will impact our community and the Port Towns plans for the area around Peace Cross.</span></p>

</span></span></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt;">The PTCDC and community leaders have long- envisioned that this area could be an entertainment area with several restaurants, family –oriented recreation amenities, & retail
establishments with a pedestrian oriented walkable vision. </span></p>
