<p class="MsoNormal">There is an application to replace the Emergency
Dental at the intersection of Sheridan St. and Route 1 (Baltimore Ave.) with a
7-11.<span style>  </span>This is a residential area with a
day-car center next door and there is already one 7-11 less than one-half mile away.  The high-volume, vehicular-based nature of 7-11
shoppers would result in a significant number of negative effects (e.g., more traffic,
taking business away from established areas (RP town center), lighted signage, more trash, etc.).<span style>  </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Please come to the meeting on and speak up about your
opinion on a proposed 7-11 at this location (which is less than one-half mile
from the 7-11 at 6034 Baltimore Ave.).<span style> 
</span>Meeting is on Wednesday, November 5t h at 7:30 p.m. at Riverdale Park
Town Hall (5008 Queensbury Road, across the street from Riverdale Elementary
School).<span style>  </span></p>
