 unanimously tonight.  There were over 50 design standards deemed out of compliance predicating a disapproval for the application for the 7-11 build-out.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

 Process.  The Planning Board will have to return a super majority vote in favor of the application to overturn the M-U-TC committee’s recommendation of denial.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
