road have been deteriorating faster than should be expected.<br>
I believe Mayor Archer et al had suggested the road prep was
insufficient for the traffic load.<br>
With the increase in metro and local bus traffic, and the increase
truck and car traffic, yes<br>
the roads are falling into thirdworld level quite quickly.<br>
