<p>If you have an indoor water meter and you suspect that it is frozen,
please call a plumber. If you suspect that your household pipes are
frozen, please call a plumber. WSSC is only responsible for outside
meters and pipes.</p>
<p>Inspectors are working quickly to respond to all work tickets. Please
be patient. A normal response time is 2 -4 hours; we are exceeding that
window at this time. Road conditions and the volume of frozen meter
reports are extending response times.</p>
