guidance in a group
class called “Awareness through Movement®” and 2) in hands-on

fascinated by its gentleness and the profound changes that
this approach
offered to her physical and mental learning. During her 6
years stay in Israel
she studied to become a Feldenkrais teacher. Since 2007 she
has been working
with individuals and teaching classes and workshops in the
