The question is related to attached TIFF -<br>
What are the details concerning track path along Kenilworth and as it<br>
follows River Road as it is labeled on the Tiff and PDF? I am assuming<br>
the construction effort, if it proceeds, will disrupt the road again at<br>
least in a couple of places.<br>
