<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">A few years ago the Council sponsored enabling legislation to create a Public Art Initiative in Riverdale Park. This consisted of multiple sculptures around town that are
installed on a semi-permanent basis (1-year loan from the artist) and at least one permanent installation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We engaged the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation as our project managers so as to minimize town administrative time and because this kind of programming is what
they do. We just received a progress report including a picture with the following note:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
