<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:'trebuchet ms',sans-serif;font-size:small">I am conducting a workshop designed to teach camp counselors how to work with kids with challenging behaviors. I plan to start the workshop with a staged scenario (not announced, so it will look real) where I show the counselors what NOT to do to a kid. The group will then brainstorm about what went wrong, and I would like the kid to describe what *they* experienced and what *they* think would work better. After the "performance" I will teach the counselors more constructive scenarios for helping kids be successful. <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:'trebuchet ms',sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:'trebuchet ms',sans-serif;font-size:small">I am looking for a late elementary school-aged kid who is interested in acting as the kid in this scenario.
