I did hear a report on the radio the other week that there are not enough houses for purchasers' demands right now in many areas of the country, so it could be a combination of factors. My next door neighbor's house went on the market Monday and had an offer on it immediately! I wasn't so sure about the prospective new neighbors (they could be flippers, I was thinking) until they returned yesterday for a house-love visit, just to gaze from the front porch and stroll around the yard and neighborhood. Walk north to Tuckerman, where there's a connection to the tracks on your left.
