All due respect, no there have been no PUBLIC Hearings on the legislation.<br>
There were two Legislative committee meetings concerning incomplete legislation. There were no common standard public notice of a public hearing.<br>

There is no crisis demanding consideration of this faulty legislation.<br>
There is time to do it correctly.<br>

There is another work session scheduled for later this month on April 30, and another public hearing ahead of a Council vote on May 7.</div>

<div>You're asking for "special" hearings above and beyond what the Town already schedules for *every other piece of legislation* it considers.</div>
