<span>I am teaching research methods to a class of 10 graduate students in historic preservation again this fall at the University of Maryland. As with the past two years, we will be selecting properties in Riverdale Park to conduct complete property histories,
which include pubic records searches; investigations of historic newspapers, maps and photos; and a profile of previous residents of the houses. At the end of the semester, in December, the students will make a public presentation of their findings here in
Riverdale and provide each property owner with a summary history of their house.<br>
