General Assembly a couple of years ago, Nautilus Solar, a solar developer is
building a large 5 MW solar system on an old closed landfill in
southern Prince George's County near Fort Washington.  Neighborhood Sun, a
local solar company is a project partner and tasked with getting up to 900
community subscribers in the Maryland<u> </u>PEPCO service area.  People
who choose to become subscribers can claim electricity generated from<u> </u>a
certain number of solar panels in the huge solar array at the landfill. </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial"></span></p>

for electric, a subscriber pays the developer and at a rate that is 5% less the
utility's billing for the same amount of electricity.  The contract
between the subscriber and Nautilus is good for five years but can be renewed
for another five years and probably again after that.  If you move but
stay in the PEPCO service territory you can take the contract with you to your
