I would like to see our residents think about a better school. University Park is only a six out of ten. I had missed this news.<div><br clear="none"></div><div>It will be interesting to see what rezoning an eventual buyer may pursue. </div><div><br clear="none"></div><div>Since the site is about a 15 minute walk to the College Park Metro Station, 2 MARC stations, and 2 of the planned Purple Line Stations, hopefully they'll propose something that allows some denser housing options or mixed use.</div><div><br clear="none"></div><div>I hope whatever is built maintains some buffer along Albion Road for the folks in Calvert Hills.</div></div>
