<div dir="ltr">Bates just picked up my recycling and yard waste with the same truck. Obviously, the recycling is going to the dump and not being recycle. What is up with that? I called and reported this to 311. In addition, the garbage man, threw away my yard waste container. I have used that container (an old large rubbermaid container) week after week and never had a problem before. This sucks!<br></div>
