[RP Town Announce] Special election results update

(My apologies for last night's sketchy details - my network connection 
was unreliable).

Official results of the election:

Robert Oppenheim: 100 votes
David Roland Walker: 86 votes
Bruce Wernek: 31 votes

Since no one received 50% of the vote, Robert Oppenheim and David 
Roland Walker will be in a runoff.  The schedule of this runoff is to 
be determined, but will almost probably not occur before January 24, 
2006, and probably later than that).
