[RP Town Announce] Festival of Lights (December 16, 2005)

The Festival of Lights is this Friday, Dec 16 from 7:00-9:00 pm, 
followed by the 9:30 holiday bake-off contest.  Pile onto a trolley 
with other Riverdalians and sing holiday carols, assisted by our 
charming crew of elves and reindeer. The trolley will amble around town 
so everyone can look at the light displays culminating in a free tour 
of Riversdale, decked out for Christmas. Cost is a canned good or small 
donation for area food banks.

A flier is attached that includes an entry form for the bake-off.  Drop 
off your entry by 8:45 pm at Riversdale with your name/phone number/ 
name of recipe.  Judging begins at 9:30.  Everyone who attends gets to 
sample the desserts -- a great pleasure as there are some amazing 
bakers in town!
