[RP Town Announce] Park for free in Metro garages

For residents who wish to get their vehicles off the street and protect them
from the elements, Metro garages are available for parking on a first come,
first serve basis. If leaving your car during the storm, parking in Metro
garages is free until 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning. If exiting the garage
after 9:30 a.m. Monday, a single day parking fee ($4.60) will apply.
