ELECTION NOTICE

In compliance with the terms of the Charter of the Town of Riverdale Park, Maryland, an election will be held on

Monday, May 1, 2023, to elect Mayor & Council Members

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Riverdale Park Town Hall, 5008 Queensbury Road

Residents may also vote by mail (or Ballot Drop Box) by requesting an Absentee Ballot.

Absentee ballot applications are available at www.riverdaleparkmd.gov<http://www.riverdaleparkmd.gov/>, by email request to TownElection at riverdaleparkmd.gov<mailto:TownElection at riverdaleparkmd.gov>, or by calling 301-927-6381 (ext. 505). Absentee ballot applications must be received by Friday, April 21, 2023.
All residents sixteen years of age or older, who have resided in the Town of Riverdale Park for 45 days or more preceding Monday, May 1, 2023 (March 17, 2023, to April 30, 2023), will be entitled to vote. Same day voter registration will also be available on Election Day, Monday, May 1, 2023.
