[RP TownTalk] Signage deadline from Caputo for EW/Rt 1 corner

Dear town,

Monday's Town Council meeting was long and contentful.  I'll leave it
to others to discuss M-Square and other matters.

Joseph Caputo did return this month as promised, and gave a brief talk
on progress at the corner of East-West Hwy and Rt 1.  There has been
no progress on the tenant.  Once again he said he hoped to present
actual plans next month.  However, he was praised and complimented by
many for the progress cleaning up the site.

During Q&A, I did extract a public promise from him to have a sign go
up at the site before 31 Dec.  I'd like to see the sign go up
tomorrow, but if he keeps his word, 31 Dec ought to be good enough.

The sign should hopefully say "Potomac Development" and "Name of
Bank".  This will associate their brand names with the site, and
ensure that they have a stake in making it look decent and developing
it in a timely fashion.

Last month it was the Business Association that gave us the great
follow-through with Caputo on site clean-up.  I know some of you read
this list -- can we hope for an assist on the signage issue at your
next meeting?
