Yes Delegate Ross represents us, and anyone can lobby him.  Brad, his
chief of staff, is _very_ responsive and good at following up on the
long term as well.

The best thing would be to go back in time and get ourselves included
in the Gateway Arts District.  It is bewildering to me that the town
did not pursue that.
