[RP TownTalk] Trader Joes, Beer/wine in grocery stores

  I think gov't exists to help make the community better.  We have a 
town government, with an economic development committee and 
knowledgeable, experienced staff.  It might be effective to use these 
structures and resources to focus and strengthen grass-roots efforts.
Some examples:
	it might help Justin Ross's bill if he can show that town gov'ts 
support it.
  	Town gov't might be able to advise on Trader Joe's lobbying, and 
coordinate activities with neighboring communities.
	Town gov't might serve as a focal point for petition drives. Stuff 
like that.

  Or these things could be done outside gov't.
