I could be wrong about this, but I do not believe the original plans 
were ever approved by MNCPPC. (The reason I'm not sure is that it 
could be that the plans were approved, and previous town leaders 
didn't share that information with the public.)

If this is true, because the deal fell through with Eckerd, *any* 
development that goes in at that corner will have to adhere to the 
MU-TC plans.

Town officials who read this list should correct me if I am wrong....
