Not in Riverdale Park, but following in the footsteps of our own dearly 
beloved bookstore, I saw the following post on another listserve to 
which I subscribe.

I'm slogging through a bit of an email backlog, and it looks like the
Book Nook in College Park (9933 Rhode Island Ave store only) is closing
at the end of May. Everything is now 50% off and will go to 75% off on
May 1st, then to $2/bag on May 22nd, all sales final.
