Actually, they make a point of not taking a vote. They (the council) did 
ask the mayor to write a letter to Mr. Caputo indicating that the 
council liked the direction of the changes proposed, thus giving 
Wachovia encouragement to continue.  It was noted that this was similar 
to the action taken in other like situations.

ATMs/drive-through lanes were addressed as were parking, Rt. 1 frontage, 
a full second floor (office space for rent).
