Does anybody know why the clock in the "town center" is off by 53 minutes?
Maybe I shouldn't be out and about before I've had my coffee, but it
confuses me every morning when I'm out with my dog, Grace.  
 
Probably more to the point, does anybody else care? I feel no need to bother
anyone at Town Hall if I'm the only one who's noticed.
