[RP TownTalk] Mayor and Council Salaries

Here's the data from the original post, supplemented with data
collected from town/city web sites on budget size. All budgets are
from sometime in the last few years. I just borrowed Alice's number
for OC.

Bladensburg* 7,920 700 600 2003 couldn't find
Thurmont handles utilities for its residents. I have no explanation
for the others. There isn't a big correlation here....
