[RP TownTalk] Stipend increase

Jay,
I was trying to "report" events without (to much) editorial, sorry if 
that was confusing.

How was it framed?  At that point in the meeting, Rob had not said 
anything (I think). I assume Kiernan was referring to the points Rob has 
raised previously  here and elsewhere in support of raising the stipend.

What was Kiernan's point here?  You will have to take him up on his 
offer and ask him.  Having been divorced three times. I do not have a 
very good track record at divining the thoughts or meanings of others 
(apparently).
