[RP TownTalk] work going on in Jamal's buildings?

I noticed today while waiting for the MARC train that several doors were
open over at Jamal's shops and there were workers around.  They were jack
hammering out front, so maybe it's not interior work but just using power
outlets or something? Anyway, just curious if anyone knows what, if
anything, is going on?
