The minutes generally don't have many changes suggested, but I think
it would be important (as suggested in David Hiles' initial letter,
and "seconded" by Susan Hines) to mark drafts as drafts, and final as
final.

I agree that posting documents up for debate/approval is good, but we
should probably get the town staff comfortable with doing the minutes,
and then move on to other documents after we savor that initial
success.
