[RP TownTalk] Found: The Beagle Boy

My neighbor, Anne Holder, had a visitor walk up to her
place yesterday.
He's a nice little chap who plays well with others and
is mostly well mannered. Unfortunately he has no
collar. Anne called the police to see if anyone had
reported a lost dog, but no one had.
He's a beagle about two or three years of age. I'd
attach a photo of him, but I'm unsure, at this early
hour, as to the posting guidelines.
