We now know how the storm sewer lines run in Riverdale.  To fix the 
water main on Riverdale Rd and Rhode Island Av. they pumped the water 
into the storm sewer. Now East Beale Cr. and East West Hw are flooded.

But this is no surprise. With the lightest rain the storm sewer on East 
Beale Cr. floods the street. Has as long as I have lived in Riverdale. 
No one has been able to get it fixed yet.
