[RP TownTalk] Dog Park

Community support for a dog park is usually the most difficult piece of the  
puzzle, but much of that important legwork has already been done.  There's  a 
lot to discuss and it sounds like some steps have already been  researched.  I 
worked on a dog run project in NYC some years back.
 
I will throw my hat in for a committee.  I don't want to chair it, but  am 
willing to put time and effort into it.
