You don't want to miss this!  Sky is a master jazz artist and a chip off an
extraordinary set of blocks!   His grandfather, Washingtonian W.R. Forcey,
introduced little Edward Kennedy Ellington to an interest in playing piano.
Oh, you may know little Edward as Washingtonian Duke Ellington.  Sky's Dad,
Thomas Sak Southall, was one of America's leading drummers who also served
as a radio engineer with the Armed Forces network in Germany. At the
instance of his father's army buddies, his Mom, Joyce, who was an
interpretive dancer and jazz vocalist in the states, did a series of
performances for the service men while in Europe, and her career took off as
a sought-after performer all over the European continent.  Billed as Joyce
Jackson,  she performed for President Nixon, and as the featured vocalist
with Cat Anderson, Ketter Betts, Cozy Cole, Earl Bostic and of course, Duke
Ellington.  She also opened for Ella Fitzgerald and Nancy Wilson.
