[RP TownTalk] Dead Chicken Clues

We may be due for another DCB (Dead Chicken Bag).

The last two DCBs were found around the 20th of the month. 
(Sat Aug 19, and Thur Sep 21). So lets keep our eyes open
and catch this perp. 

The police would like to examine the DCB for clues.
So if you spot such a bag, please immediately call 
our police at 301-927-4343.
