[RP TownTalk] pending legislation (fences, salaries)

When will the council vote on this legislation? If it is at the October 
Legislative session, I would love to see copies of the legislation as 
currently written posted here (or on the town website) as a .pdf so as 
many people as possible can review it before the vote.

Many thanks to Rob, and all the other town-paid officials/staff who 
post on this forum, for their efforts to keep the community informed. I 
really do appreciate it, as it is very difficult for me to attend 
meetings, even though I care about what happens in this town a great 
deal.
