How do people spend weekends 
in Riverdale?  What do we do?
What do we like to do for pasttimes?
How many spend money on exercise
outside Riverdale.
 
Del, Mike (his son) & I go to the
movies 1 or 2 times a week - that money
could go to Riverdale empty movie
house.  We eat out Sat & Sun.
We go to Platos, Bejing in Greenbelt,
China Buffet, always Greenbelt Cafe
after the movies to hear music, see
artwork,( I think they have dancing )&
music  outside & inside.
 
I belong to Greenbelt gyn & go 3 
times a week or more, & my grand-
daughter who lives in Riv. belongs to
swim team.
 
Another woman & I have taken art
classes & other classes at 
Greenbelt. Interested in more learnings.
 
My husband just left to bike to
University Park to play bridge on
Thurs mornings. He bikes to Md U
daily almost to play bridge with
the students. (he taught them)
 
I go to craft shows, artistic shows
like Sugar Loaf, Flea markets &
antique shows.  As I am getting 
older I would love to take bus trips
to see the leaves, or anything with
friends in Riv.  My friend who lives
in Riv. goes on many bus tours 
from neighboring towns. Why not
here?
 
Maybe we need to pole what all
of us spend money on currently
and see how to bring it together.
