I was not thinking about making
it fancy smachie.  That is why I 
said dress up sometimes and 
dress down sometimes.  I was not
thinking of being expensive - 
I was thinking of gearing it towards
helping children learn in diff. ways
and about widening the everyday
tunnel vision. It would cost whatever
could be worked out.  Learning
to love the arts does not have to
be expensive..But a foundation has
to be formed someplace & could
be in the budget of the average
school child.....if some type of
funding were available - some
times free.  It was also about
bringing the community 
together & giving kids something
to do and be proud of.
