[RP TownTalk] Free Concerts

We could have free concerts/
bands on the Mansion front 
lawn and dance on the road 
part OR in the Town Center
Parking Lot and dance on the
parking lot. Flea Mkts could
be in Town Center ...And our local
restaurants could take turns
catering light menus as they
do now at the Mansion.
