Liz,

I don't if anyone will have copy of the plans for your house.  As for a plat of the land, showing the location of the house on the property, contact the Land Records office of the Circuit Court.  Last time that I visited them, they were in the ground floor of the County administration Building in Upper Marlboro.  You can get your deed information from the DAT web site, www.dat.state.md.us.  Having the liber and folio will speed your search in the Land Records.  They d have street address cross references also at the Land Records Office.
