On the contrary Louis! I can think of dozens of reasons to call you
names like "cranky old coot" or "eccentric geezer" -- but I would
never do so, because those names would violate the posting guidelines!

But, since certain names can apparently get past the moderators, let
me list some reasons I might call you a Nerd

   * You personally own a four-character dictionary-word dotcom domain name (!)

   * You are dually credentialed with Nerd degrees in both computer and audio

   * You have an entire business devoted to your nerdy audio hobby

   * During the last town election, you tested each candidate's
website against the
     W3C markup validator at http://validator.w3.org

Ride shotgun with me next weekend, Louis. I'm going to cruise College
Park to check their fiber-optic lines. We can break for lunch at
College Perk Coffeehouse, where we can update our livejournals over
the WiFi. Do you think they have support for 802.11n?
