Nancy,

While I agree with your and David's sentiments on enforcement
wholeheartedly, I feel compelled to correct an error of fact.  Despite
the hoopla you may have read on this list, our town did not raise
taxes this year.  Here is a note to that effect from Kate Sharpe,
chair of the Finance Committee:
