Hi Jay,
There has been ongoing discussion about the variety and frequency of illegal
activities in that building.  Yes, the landlord is aware and is taking steps
to remedy the situation.  Also, the Town is putting up a streetlight, and
the police presence has increased to discourage the "curbside service" that
was happening here. Some of our neighbors have been kind enough to keep an
eye out for suspicious activity and notify the police.  The "baddies" are a
very real danger to this community and it is good that we are all talking
about it here, and taking action on the street.  Thanks for asking. :-)

  I can't help but wonder who these "baddies" as you call them in the "bad"
apt. are. 
What makes them so bad? Are they doing something illegal? Why are you
suspicious of them  enough that you would want to, as you've said, "get rid
of the baddies". And what, pray tell, is going on in the building that your
landlord, Mr.  
Wright (no relation) should actually be told?
 
Stop teasing us. Please, tell us what's going on in the building by the
"baddies".
