Re the lost dogs; you might also check w/ local
veterinary offices and see if anyones' posted a lost
dog notice; I know that Lynn Animal Hospital has a
bulletin board, you could post a "found dogs" notice
there.  Also, there's online sites for the Pennysaver,
the Gazette, and other local papers and agencies where
you can check and see if anyones' lost a dog or, here
again, post a "found dog" message.
