[RP TownTalk] Traffic issues and opportunities

East West Highway and Route one jamming up together seems to be the culprit of all the traffic woes. I'm mean, come on,  these are two major roads! Have we/state highway (Ha) considered a solution? Would a re-vamp of the EW highway (wider)?  The sign (Red Light Ahead) might help a little by preventing accidents, but not with the numbers of residents increasing. Have the developers done the study for traffic control? Are they proposing any solution to the additional traffic? Or do they just build and blow town?
