[RP TownTalk] Riverdale Corner

All:

I've been reading the comments and ideas that have been talked about on this list. As I perceive it, the success of the condo project rests with being able to achieve have businesses occupy the retail space. I've noticed that other retail space in the MUTC has gone unoccupied for quite some time so what is it about the condo project that will attract businesses to their retail space when these other locations remain vacant?
