Thanks for the response and clarification on your points. My retort to you  
was not meant to be rude. My apologies to you and Alan, if they were taken  
that way. I tend to be a bit passionate, from time to time. I also enjoy a  
"zesty" debate occasionally. Thanks for not taking it the wrong way. Looking  
forward to future and healthy discussions.

You are absolutely right.  This statement was pure  spectulation.  Pete I 
apologize for making this statement in this  forum.
 
I am not bitter at all.  Pete's customers pay for his life style and  this is 
not speculation.
 
You may not be aware, but Pete has asked for my support  repeatedly.  What I 
was trying to say in the last paragraph was that  I support a development 
project just not the one that is proposed.   Perhaps I could have worded it better.
